BYSA Academy and Competitive Application

Competitive Coaching Applications are now available for the 2016-2017 soccer year.  Anyone interested in coaching a competitive team at either the Academy (Ages 9 & 10) or Competitive (Ages 11 and up) age groups in either HYSA or Dynamo/Dash Leagues must complete and return the appropriate application.

 Completed applications can be returned to Todd Bowers and MUST be submitted prior to the deadline of Monday, March 7th at 5:00 PM.  The LJSC Board will review each application and make a determination about sponsoring that team to BYSA for approval by the Competitive Subcommittee. 

 The criteria to be approved for sponsorship by LJSC includes the following:

• Active participation in volunteering for club related events, field work days, projects and board positions
• Currently possess or be scheduled to earn your USSF E License
• HYSA coaches must also provide field marshaling for HYSA games throughout the season

 As a reminder, beginning in the Fall 2016 Season, the age group for players will be determined by calendar year, January 1st to December 31st.  In addition, some age groups will see changes with the maximum number of players of the field.  To review the recently approved STYSA Rules of Play, which go into effect on 8-1-2016, please click on the following link:
